Who Can Use Logkeeper

• You must be at least 18 years old
• If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you must have authority to agree to these Terms for that company

Your Account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You're responsible for all activity on your account
• Use accurate information when creating your account
• Let us know right away if you think someone has unauthorized access to your account

How Logkeeper Works

Logkeeper is a communication and documentation platform for construction teams. You can use it to send messages, share photos and documents, and keep records of project activity.

We may update, change, or remove features at any time. We'll do our best to give you notice of any major changes.

Your Content

Your data belongs to you.

Everything you upload or create in Logkeeper is yours. We don't claim ownership of any of it.

You give us permission to host, store, and display your content so we can provide the service to you and your team.

Acceptable Use

Please don't use Logkeeper to:

• Break any laws
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Try to access other people's accounts or our systems without authorization
• Reverse engineer or copy the app
• Resell or redistribute the service without our permission

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

Our Intellectual Property

The Logkeeper app, brand, logo, and design are owned by Logkeeper, Inc. These Terms don't give you any rights to use our branding without permission.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we can use them to improve the product without any obligation to you.

Beta Features

Some features may be in beta or early access. These are provided "as is" and may have bugs or change without notice. Use them at your own risk.

Important Disclaimers

Logkeeper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the service will be error-free or always available.

Logkeeper is a communication and documentation tool — not a substitute for professional engineering, safety, or legal judgment. You are responsible for verifying information and making your own professional decisions about construction activities and safety.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Logkeeper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using Logkeeper and close your account at any time. We can also suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service (with reasonable notice).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continuing to use Logkeeper after changes means you accept the new Terms.
